WG Pro is looking for experienced Team Leaders for both day and afternoon shiftWe are looking for individuals who can provide directions, instructions and guidance to a group of individual.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the organized running of production lines in a safe manner, at speeds set by quotation
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory levels on line to ensure smooth operation of production lines
  • Must be able to advise warehouse/line setup person in a timely manner to ensure production line does not run out of product
  • Responsible to run lines according to specifications supplied by customer
  • Responsible for completion of all quality documentations e.g. line start up, line clearance, lot code records
  • Responsible in organizing return of left over inventory in warehouse upon completion of job. All pallets to be wrapped, counted and tagged for return to warehouse
  • Responsible to record production on work orders as well as create time sheet, record hours of employees for payroll purposes
  • Provide any training that line workers need
  • Communicate clear instructions to line workers
  • Listen to line workers feedback
  • Following and enforcing to line workers all quality program rules and procedures
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Follow all instructions provided by Plant Supervisor and or Plant Manager

Required Skills/Experience

  • Grade 12 and previous warehouse experience
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Must be able to write and communicate verbally in English
  • Aptitude for Math
  • Able to supervise employees,
  • Ability to safety operate machinery and understand use of it
  • Must be able to write and communicate verbally in English

Physical Requirements

  • Required to stand for an extended period of time
  • Working with large groups of people
